As a professional rescuer, you want nothing that will get in your way or let you down. The Salus SAR series vests were designed for swift water, ice water, and shore base rescue professionals.
The Unique and easy donning adjustment system combined with the one-size fits all design is paramount in getting your team into position quickly. And when seconds count, these two critical features can often make the difference between saving a life and recovering a body.
The 100 newton / 22 lbs buoyant force is ideal for fastmoving aerated water and to float you and the person (or animal) you are rescuing. The large arm holes allow the rescuer full range of motion while the soft foam construction and high waist design permit easy bending that in combination make these SAR vests extremely comfortable in an often uncomfortable and fast moving situation.
