Turnaround

All orders are shipped as soon as the product arrives in the warehouse or is already in stock. We only ship to Canadian addresses and do not ship internationally

Carrier

We use Purolator for most shipments and Canada Post for remote locations.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update you with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and you will have a chance to review your charges beforehand.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the items becomes available we will ship the rest of your order.
