The Team Wendy® SAR™ Tactical Helmet delivers rugged protection, impact resistance, and a secure fit for search and rescue professionals in demanding environments.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Team Wendy® SAR is the first purpose-built search and rescue helmet to provide tactical accessory mounting capabilities, including a standard NVG shroud, while meeting key industrial and mountaineering performance standards.
Meets Shock Absorption and Penetration requirements of BS EN 12492:2012 standard for mountaineering helmets, performance requirements of BS EN 1385:2012 standard for whitewater helmets, and ACH Blunt Impact Protection requirements (per AR/PD 10-02 Rev A).
- First purpose-built search and rescue helmet to provide accessory mounting capabilities while meeting key industrial and mountaineering performance standards
- Optimized for use with night vision devices with an integrated machined aluminum NVG shroud insert*
- Includes a 4-point CAM FIT™ Retention System with a chin cup for optimal stability
- BOA® Fit System dials in precise fit adjustment while providing single-handed quick release
- Comes standard with goggle posts preinstalled in the helmet shell behind the accessory rails
- 5-Slot Magpul® MOE® picatinny rails with mounting hardware and two (2) vent covers are included with helmet
*Note: The NVG mount/interface required for attaching night vision devices to the Team Wendy® SAR Tactical™ helmet is not included.
