Intrinsically safe is the key to our technology. Each of our explosion
proof blowers are built with a motor that is totally enclosed, leaving
no exposure to the flammables in the surroundings, therefore providing a
safe and dependable piece of equipment for the adverse atmosphere.
In addition to the intrinsically safe motor, our trademark black color
housing is anti-static. Any static electricity from the environment is
safely conducted to the ground through the plastic housing.

Started in 1970 under the name of
RAM Enterprises, based in National City, California, the company provided parts and service for pumps and turbines to the US Navy. RAM Enterprises gave way to RAM Centrifugal Products in 1985 when the company began to develop its water driven smoke ejectors for the Navy.
The mid-nineties saw the addition of the gas driven PPV Fire Fans, upon which the first “RamFan” name was applied.
From there, other models were developed and manufactured to meet the ventilation demands of the Fire Markets. In 1993, the company moved to it’s current location, in Spring Valley, California.
The company introduced the UB20 Utility Blower in 1998 and quickly followed up with other models destined for the Utility and Hazardous Location markets. Today, with a complete line of ATEX approved Hazardous Location Blowers, and a number of Fire and Industrial Air Movers,
Euramco Safety is foremost in the supply of portable ventilation products. Euramco Safety has fully owned locations in the US, Luxembourg, and China, in addition to multiple international dealers.
