| Established in 1985, Northline Coupling Systems manufactures a variety of products serving the municipal fire industry. Products include Threaded Fittings, Storz Adapters, Valve Hardware, Suction Hose, Dry Fire Hydrants, Storz Couplings and Threaded Couplings.

Made from extruded 6061-T6 lightweight aluminum alloy,
Northline offers top quality Hard Anodized Threaded Fittings ranging
from 3/4” to 6”. The finished product is laser engraved with a clear
understanding of the thread type and size produced. Swivel sizes ranging
from 1 1/2 ” to 3” are attached using ball bearings. Swivel sizes
ranging from 4” to 6” are attached using roller bearings. |

| Northline offers a forged aluminum 6061-T6 storz head combined with aluminum connectors made from 6061-T6 material. Sizes range form 1” to 6” and are available from rigid female or male, swivel female, 30° elbows or storz by storz connections. All parts are supplied hardcoat anodized for added corrosion resistance and durability. Parts are also laser engraved with identification. Storz heads ranging from 4” to 6” are supplied with Metal Locking Device meeting NFPA 1963 standard.

| Northline offers a complete line of Intake Valves, Relief Valves, Gate Valves, Hydrant Valves, Distributor Valves, and Siamese Check Valves. Most hardware is designed and manufactured by Northline and is hard anodized for added corrosion resistance and durability.

| Northline Lightweight PVC Flexible Suction Hose is top quality hose supplied by Goodyear. The Suction Hose sizes range from 2 1/2” to 6”. Our Aluminum couplings are made from extruded 6061-T6 lightweight aluminum alloy. Threaded couplings are finished black anodized and laser engraved with a clear understanding of the thread type and size being provided. All swivels are attached using roller bearings and are supplied as long handle style.
With the most advanced collar attachment in the industry, Northline’s Suction hose is far superior to others in the industry. The collar is made from durable lightweight plastic, molded four inches wide. With the length of the shank on the coupling, inserted into the hose and the width of the collar combined, the chance of leakage is minimal when the hose is flexed while in use. |

| Dry hydrant systems ( i.e., non-pressurized) are designed for drafting applications. The installation of these systems on surface water sources can provide year round accessibility to water supplies. Installed in strategic areas, dry hydrants can become the water supply system for rural fire departments where pressurized water systems are not available or are too small to support pressurized hydrants. Dry hydrants can also be used to supplement pressurized systems in municipal areas here low water pressure exists or where back-up systems are desirable for emergency preparedness.
Northline Dry Fire Hydrant Systems are engineered to provide maximum water flow for virtually any drafting application. | Hose Spanners and Brackets – Storz spanners are designed specifically for use with 4” and 5” locking storz. Adjustable Hydrant Wrenches are available being supplied with ductile iron and chrome plated handles.
